Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making this website usable by everyone.

Our commitment
PurpleTree HR wants every visitor to be able to use this website, whatever technology they browse with. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and accessibility is considered whenever we add or change content.
What we have done
- The site is built with semantic HTML, consistent landmarks and a logical heading structure, so screen readers can navigate it reliably.
- A "Skip to content" link is available at the top of every page.
- Navigation, menus and forms can be operated with a keyboard, and focused elements show a visible focus indicator.
- Meaningful images carry text alternatives.
- Colour combinations are chosen to provide sufficient contrast between text and its background.
- Layouts adapt to different screen sizes and remain usable when text is enlarged.
- Animation is reduced or removed for visitors whose devices request reduced motion.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are explained in plain language.
Known limitations
We know the site is not yet perfect. Current limitations include:
- The interactive tools, including the pricing calculator, the net salary calculator and the HR Health Check, require JavaScript. If you cannot use them, contact us by phone or email and we will gladly work through the same questions with you directly.
- Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. It is a third-party component, so its challenge step is outside our direct control.
- The site has been tested by our development team but has not yet had a full independent accessibility audit.
