We started PurpleTree because Irish employers were being let down by the two options open to them. Big consultancies sold process and paperwork. Solicitors charged by the hour and stopped at advice. Neither one picked up the phone and helped a business owner make the call in front of them.
So we built the thing in between. HR, employment law and health and safety under one team, on a fixed monthly fee, with a named person who knows your business and answers when you need them. When a disciplinary lands, a contract needs drafting or the WRC comes knocking, you are not starting from scratch and you are not alone.
From our base in Longford we support employers right across Ireland, in person and remotely, from first hire to scaling teams.

Bill leads on employment law. When a client is facing a WRC claim, a Labour Court hearing or a difficult dismissal, he gives the advice and, where it is needed, the representation. Clients get a straight answer on where they stand, what their options are, and what he would do next.
Amanda Sweeney

Amanda runs PurpleTree’s day-to-day operations, overseeing how clients are looked after and making sure the business delivers responsive, practical HR support that does not feel like a call centre. When something needs senior legal input, she brings Bill in.
